Stacey A. Johnson, DNP, Chief Operating Officer for Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC,) has been appointed to LeadingAge Michigan’s Board of Directors. Her three-year renewable term begins July 1, 2026.
LeadingAge Michigan represents the State’s full continuum of mission-driven senior care. Founded in 1968, they represent a new era of integrated services, innovation, and collaboration to enhance member value and improve the lives of Michigan seniors.
“I’m honored to represent Trinity Health Senior Communities as a member of LeadingAge Michigan’s Board of Directors,” Stacey said. “Our organization has greatly benefitted from LeadingAge Michigan’s advocacy efforts as well as their training and leadership development opportunities through the years, and I look forward to serving the Board in the spirit of our shared commitment to make life richer and more joyful for older adults.”
Stacey has served in progressive leadership roles at THSC since 2013 and was named Chief Operating Officer in August 2024. Highly regarded for her expertise and Mission focus, she served as THSC’s COVID-19 Response Team Lead during the national health emergency. She holds a B.S.N. degree from Indiana University, an M.S.N. degree from Bethel College, and a D.N.P. with a focus on public health leadership from Indiana State University. In 2023, she received the LeadingAge Michigan Leadership in Action Award, was an Age of Excellence Honoree, and was recognized as a featured Standard of Excellence Team Member by the Institute of Post Acute Care.
