Eight Trinity Health Senior Communities have received a Gold Trophy icon on their Nursing Home Care Compare profiles. The graphic indicates a community’s designation by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a high performer among nursing homes that qualify for CMS’ Risk-Based Survey program. The visual identifier of the gold trophy appears alongside the Care Compare star rating.
The Gold Trophy is shown on roughly 12% of U.S. nursing homes. THSC is proud to announce that Bellbrook, the Care & Rehabilitation Center at Glacier Hills, The Neighborhoods of White Lake, Fraser Villa, The Health Center at St. Joseph of the Pines, Mercy Circle, Mary’s Meadow, and MercyOne Dyersville Care Center each earned a Gold Trophy.
