
LeadingAge Michigan was pleased to honor three Trinity Health Senior Communities colleagues at its recent 2026 Member Awards Gala in Battle Creek. Averielle “Ava” Garcia, Certified Nurse’s Aide & Medication Technician at Trinity Health Senior Communities- Bellbrook, received the Servant’s Heart Award. Former Marycrest General Manager Benjamin Harmon received the Emerging Leader Award. Pamela Latovick, THSC’s vice president of reimbursement and managed care contracting, received the MVP Award. Each award winner was nominated by their peers and selected by an esteemed group of committee members from among many nominations across the state. Nearly 300 people gathered to celebrate the elite group of 23 award winners and recognize their collective achievements.
