President and CEO, Trinity Health Continuing Care 
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in long-term care and community-based services, Dan became President and CEO of Trinity Health Continuing Care on August 1, 2024. He oversees Trinity Health Senior Communities as well as Trinity Health At Home and Trinity Health PACE.  Dan demonstrates a strong commitment to growth, quality improvement, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Chief Operating Officer, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Stacey provides leadership and direction in strategic planning, growth, and operations for THSC.  She has served as Chief Nursing Officer, Regional Clinical Manager, and COVID-19 Response Team Lead at THSC prior to her appointment as COO in August 2024.  Stacey is a recipient of the 2023 LeadingAge Michigan Leadership in Action Award, an Age of Excellence Honoree, and was recognized as an Institute of Post Acute Care Standard of Excellence Team Member.

Chief Human Resources Officer, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Meg is responsible for the recruitment, training, professional development, and preservation of nearly 4000 employees within THSC, Pittsburgh Mercy, and Mercy Care in Atlanta.  Meg has held a number of progressive leadership roles during her more than 25 years of service to Trinity Health Continuing Care, building strong experience in compensation analysis/design, benefits, employee relations, and change management. She has developed and implemented programs for onboarding and accelerating benefit access for new employees and is a passionate advocate for career mentoring and employee recognition. 

Vice President of Operations (East), Trinity Health Senior Communities
Eric has operational responsibility for THSC’s East Coast ministries, which currently include all New England senior communities, the St. Joseph of the Pines Life Plan Community in Southern Pines, North Carolina, and Highland Hills Village in Watkinsville, Georgia.  A registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator, Eric has served in both community and regional leadership roles and demonstrated a keen understanding of Skilled Nursing, Residential Care, Independent Living, and Assisted Living community operations during more than a decade of service within Trinity Health.

Vice President of Finance, Trinity Health Continuing Care
A Certified Public Accountant, Dave has consistently demonstrated dedication to strategic operational leadership and fiscal acumen during his nearly 15-year tenure at Trinity Health.  In his role as Vice President of Finance, he directs THCC’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes.  He partners with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our organizational goals. 

Vice President of Operations (Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa), Trinity Health Senior Communities
Jonathan has operational oversight over THSC’s owned and managed Skilled Nursing and Independent and Assisted Living communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.  He also is the regional vice president for Heartwood Lodge, our Skilled Nursing Community in Spring Lake, Michigan.  Jonathan provides Mission-focused executive leadership to ensure consistent operational performance, quality, and service delivery across his communities in keeping with the senior living and senior health care industries’ best practices.

Vice President of Reimbursement and Managed Care Contracting, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Pam has served Trinity Health Senior Communities for more than 25 years and is a champion for fair reimbursement for the cost of senior healthcare services and regulatory compliance.  She leads strategy, optimization, and oversight of reimbursement and payer contracting across Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Senior Living.  In April 2026, Pam received LeadingAge Michigan’s MVP Award for her scope of knowledge, institutional memory, integrity, sincerity, work ethic, and representation of Trinity Health’s Mission and Core Values.

Vice President of Operations (Michigan,) Trinity Health Senior Communities
Becky has oversight of THSC’s Life Plan, Independent and Assisted Living, Ryan Home, and subsidized housing communities in Michigan.  With more than 25 years of leadership in our organization, she supports strategic planning and growth and identifies opportunities for process improvement.  Becky works closely with her teams at each community to drive operational excellence, financial performance, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction.
 

National Director of Sales, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Melissa is passionate about developing strategies to build leads, engage community referral sources, and increase census and occupancy.  She oversees sales and census development for both senior housing and long-term care across our national portfolio.  Melissa is a past recipient of THSC’s Sales Leadership Award and 100% Club Award.

National Director of Marketing and Communications, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Christine provides strategic direction and oversight for all national marketing and communications initiatives while empowering the national marketing manager to lead execution across digital, advertising, and reputation management functions.  She serves as THSC’s spokesperson, guiding internal and external communications, brand strategies, and public relations.  Christine is a member of the Trinity Health Marketing and Communications and Strategic Messaging Councils.

National Director of Facilities and Construction Services, Trinity Health Continuing Care
Jesse has exceptional experience in facilities, environmental services, operations, capital management, emergency management and response, and food service.  After serving in leadership roles with Sodexo, Inc. for more than 20 years, he joined THSC as a senior leader in 2022.  Jesse successfully builds strong relationships within teams, across departments and service areas, and with vendors.  He oversees regional and community facilities and environmental services leaders across our national portfolio.

Mission Leader, Trinity Health Senior Communities
Mike is a steward of THSC’s Catholic identity, ensuring the integration of our Mission, Core Values, and Commitment to achieve exceptional resident and colleague experiences.  He works in collaboration with spiritual care colleagues and chaplains across our portfolio to provide spiritual care support to residents, families, and colleagues, and to embed Mission into our culture at each community.  Mike partners with leaders a variety of disciplines to coordinate THSC’s Colleague Care outreach program and to advance Mission-related priorities and programs.
